Flu and COVID vaccine walk-in clinics scheduled for Battlefords

The Saskatchewan Health Authority has announced dates for December walk-in clinics for flu and COVID vaccines.

Between Dec. 5 and 23, there are clinics available at Frontier Mall.

• Monday 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
• Thursday 11 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
• Friday 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Two clinics will take place in the lobby at Battlefords Union Hospital. One is today, Dec. 5, until 6 p.m. The next one is Monday, Dec. 12, from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m.

Health officials are seeing unusually high levels of flu this year, and flu season started early. They’re encouraging everyone to get their flu shot.
