Minister Don Morgan talks to chamber about carbon tax concerns

Saskatchewan Minister Don Morgan gave a presentation to Battlefords Chamber of Commerce Thursday about how the federally-imposed carbon tax will impact businesses. He also discussed what the province is doing to try to prevent it from coming into effect.
