UPDATE: The suspects in this incident have been located and are in police custody.

A stolen vehicle being driven dangerously on the highway has Saskatchewan RCMP asking the public for help in locating it.

In a release Wednesday evening, RCMP asked for assistance in finding a stolen brown 2014 Ford-150 pick-up truck with Alberta license plate BSB 9726. The plate has the words and pictures labelled “Sticks and Stones” decals on the back window.

At this time, police believe there is only one male occupant of the vehicle who is in possession of a firearm.

The pick-up truck was last seen travelling east of Lloydminster, approximately four miles from Hillmond in the Maidstone area, at around 6:30 p.m. The vehicle was travelling at high speeds and drifting in and out of oncoming traffic.

Because the driver is armed, if the vehicle or its occupant is seen, residents are not to approach and instead immediately call 911 or the local police of jurisdiction.

The investigation is ongoing.
