Missing 32-year-old woman found dead at Thunderchild First Nation

A tragic outcome to a missing persons report from late last month.

Turtleford RCMP have reported missing 32-year-old woman DeeDee Steele from Thunderchild First Nation has been located dead.

Steele had been missing since June 26 when she was last seen on Thunderchild First Nation.

According to a media release Monday, the police at this time do not believe the cause of death is suspicious

RCMP and the Saskatchewan RCMP Major Crimes Unit as well as the Saskatchewan Coroner’s Service worked together in the investigation.
