All In Person Events Postponed – But We Still Need Your Support

We understand how critically important it is to contain coronavirus disease, or COVID-19. In order to protect the well-being and safety of people living with cancer, event participants, our donors, volunteers and staff, the Canadian Cancer Society has made the difficult decision to suspend all in person Canadian Cancer Society fundraising efforts/events from today and through the month of April.

As such, we encourage Relay For Life supporters to continue supporting the cause through online fundraising (we have various tools and resources that can support your efforts), or by visiting our website cancer.ca to discover other ways to make a difference.

We will continue to assess the situation and will provide updates on any changes for future events.

At this time, online support for the Relay teams and also for our Daffodil Campaign is still being encouraged as the need for CCS’s work has not diminished. Cancer isn’t taking a break during this global pandemic.
