Weekend passes now available for 2019 Meridian Canadian Open

As the 2019  Pinty’s Grand Slam of Curling, Meridian Canadian Open nears, weekend passes are now available and expected to sell out.

The $149 passes grant access to 7 draws starting Friday evening through to Sunday’s finals. 

Full event passes are also available for $279.00 for all 19 draws.

Purchasers are able to select specific seats on a first come, first served basis.

Owned and operated by Sportsnet, the Pinty’s Grand Slam of Curling is an annual series comprised of seven curling tournaments, inviting the world’s best curlers to compete in Canada. The Meridian Canadian Open features 16 men’s and 16 women’s teams with a triple knockout format. 

Past Canadian Open events featured teams such as Kevin Koe, Jennifer Jones, Brad Gushue, and Rachel Homan.  The rinks qualifying for the 2019 Meridian Canadian Open through the Tour Challenge this past weekend are the Kirk Muyres rink of Saskatoon on the men’s side and the Elena Stern rink from Switzerland for the women’s event.
