North Stars unveil roster with kick-off breakfast

The North Stars have officially introduced their roster.

The team held their kick-off breakfast at the Civic Centre at 7 a.m. today, Sept. 14, to give the roughly 100 attending family, friends and fans a rundown of who they’ll see on the ice.

Crusaders improve to 2-0

The John Paul II Crusaders followed up their big first week win last Thursday by narrowly defeating the Kindersley Kobras 29-20 on Tuesday afternoon.

Weston beginning freshmen year in Wisconsin

This fall, Brock Weston will get up in time for 7:15 a.m. practices every day.

He’ll work out every night, whether it’s a typical gym workout, a plyometrics workout, or yoga.

In between, he’ll attend classes – a full course load that includes five classes and two labs a week.

Crusaders get set for Kobras

The John Paul II Crusaders are coming off a 36-12 season opening win last Thursday, and they are now getting set to face off against the Kindersley Kobras on the road on Tuesday afternoon.

With only five days off between the two games, the team had a short of week of practice.
