North Battleford steps up enforcement after spike in stop sign violations

The City of North Battleford is advising the public of increased enforcement at the intersection of Douglas Avenue and Territorial Drive.

This comes after a rise in complaints regarding drivers failing to obey the stop sign at this location.  

Reports indicated that multiple incidents at this intersection have created hazardous conditions, nearly resulting in collisions. In response, Community Safety Officers will be monitoring and enforcing compliance under the Traffic Safety Act.
