Three arrested, one wanted after North Battleford municipal break-in

Three people have been arrested, and one is wanted by RCMP after a break-in at a municipal building.  

On March 20, around 3:30 a.m., Battlefords RCMP received a report of a break and enter at a building on 101 Street in North Battleford. Further investigation determined that four people entered the building around 3:25 a.m., stole a variety of office items, and exited at about 3:30 a.m. 

RCMP were able to identify three of the suspects, while the fourth is still unknown.  

John Chickosis, 34, from North Battleford, 30-year-old Ruebin Curley from North Battleford, and 46-year-old Naomi Yellowtail from Regina have each been arrested and charged with one count of breaking, entering, and committing. Curley is additionally charged with one count, fail to comply with probation order. 

They are scheduled to appear in North Battleford Provincial Court on May 25. 

Battlefords RCMP are actively working to identify the fourth suspect. They are described as an adult man, wearing a black baseball hat, a black Toronto Raptors hoodie, black Puma brand pants, and white and black shoes.
