RCMP investigating after report of dead dog dumped on the side of a N. Battleford road

RCMP are investigating after someone in a mid-2000’s Ford 150 dumped the remains of a medium-sized black dog on the side of Miller Road.
The incident happened earlier in January northeast of North Battleford, the truck had a Saskatchewan license plate and had driven into the city.
The breed of the dog isn’t known though it may be a Labrador. Anyone with information is asked to call Battlefords RCMP at 310-RCMP or Crime Stoppers: 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
