An incident on 104 St. and Railway Ave. on Friday afternoon turned out to be a medical emergency.
After initially telling battlefordsNOW the incident started as a traffic complaint and resulted in one man being arrested, a spokesperson for the Battlefords RCMP said further investigation found the driver was suffering a “medical issue related to diabetes.”
They said the driver was not overly coherent and required medical attention.
