Oct 11, 2023 | 8:42 PM

A third person has been arrested after the recent shooting outside Prince Albert’s St. Mary’s High School.

Skylar Halkett, 19, was taken into custody on Wednesday after being wanted for the last three weeks.

According to police, a person was approached by two unknown men back on Sept. 8 who demanded they hand over their property.

One of the suspects used a small calibre gun to shoot the victim and both suspects then fled, one on foot and the other riding a bike. The victim suffered non-life threatening injuries.

Back on Sept. 21, police arrested 20-year-old Michael Fourstar and 28-year-old Jonathan Napope and charged them with robbery with a firearm, discharge of a firearm with intent to endanger a life, and possession of a firearm.

At that time, they also put out a warrant for Halkett’s arrest as he was facing the same charges.

He is scheduled to appear in a Prince Albert courtroom on Oct. 12, 2023.

The two other co-accused make their next court appearances on Oct. 18.
