RCMP believe there may be more victims in sexual assault investigation

The Blaine Lake RCMP and Saskatoon RCMP General Investigation Section have laid a sixth charge in an ongoing sexual assault investigation.

Cecil Wolfe has been charged with an additional count of sexual assault and will make his next court appearance in Saskatoon Provincial Court on Feb. 16.

The police believe there may be more victims over the past 20 years in Loon Lake, Blaine Lake, Saskatoon, Muskeg Lake Cree Nation and surrounding areas.

The investigation continues and victims are encouraged to contact their nearest RCMP detachment.
