One of accused in Damian Moosomin homicide investigation has case adjourned

One of the individuals facing charges related to the death of Damian Moosomin last year had his case adjourned in North Battleford provincial court during his recent scheduled appearance.

Tye Partridge, 24, from Moosomin First Nation, who has been charged with first degree murder, is set to return to court Oct. 1 at 11 a.m. to be spoken to.

Damian Moosomin, 20, was found deceased in the backyard of a property in the 1500 block of 105 Street in North Battleford on May 16, 2020. He was originally reported missing to police May 11 of that year.

The allegations against the accused have not been proven in court.
