One of accused in Damian Moosomin homicide investigation has case adjourned
One of the six accused individuals facing a charge connected to the death of Damian Moosomin last year had her case adjourned in North Battleford provincial court Friday.
Melissa Semaganis is charged with accessory after the fact to murder. She appeared in court via phone.
Semaganis was previously released following a bail hearing at Queen’s Bench Court on June 14.
The case will return to North Battleford court Sept. 29 at 10 a.m. to be spoken to. Semaganis may make an election at that time how she wishes to be tried.
