COVID-19 case at North Battleford Comprehensive

The Living Sky School Division (LSSD) has confirmed another positive case of COVID-19 in North Battleford.

The case was diagnosed in an individual at North Battleford Comprehensive High School. As per protocol, LSSD is working with Public Health to ensure all necessary measures are taken and those who may have been in close contact are being reached out to.

The division is also reminding students, staff and family members of practices and procedures to prevent the spread of the COVID-19. Guidelines and more information is available on the Government website.

As per usual, no further details are being shared at this time, in order to protect the individual’s privacy. The school remains open for the time being.

As of Nov. 9, there have been 4,087 positive cases of COVID-19 the province, along with 2,769 recoveries and 29 deaths.
