Firefighters attend collision, use Jaws of Life on New Year’s Day

North Battleford Fire Department responded to a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of Highway 4 South and Territorial Drive at the bottom of the Don Ross Centre yesterday afternoon.

The incident involved a car and an SUV.

Firefighters had to use the Jaws of Life to free the passengers from the car. Both occupants were transported to the Battlefords Union Hospital with unknown injuries.

The driver of the SUV was not injured.
