Osker’s Surplus Outlet in North Battleford has been named the 2026 Battlefords Business Excellence Business of the Year.

“This is amazing, I didn’t think we were nominated for anything,” owner Stacey Caldwell said with a laugh. “This is incredible!”

Osker’s Surplus Outlet is a family-owned liquidation and discount retail store offering a rotating selection of overstock items, customer returns and major appliances at discounted prices.

Caldwell thanked the Battlefords community for its continued support, on behalf of herself, her husband Terry and their dog Osker, who often serves as the store’s mascot.

“We’ve had just a blast doing this new little gig of ours,” she said. “I think the people in the Battlefords are obviously enjoying us, so let’s continue on!”
