Subscribers will now see their adjusted monthly payment amounts directly on their tax notice, replacing the city’s previous process of mailing separate letters outlining updated installment amounts for August through December.  

Residents who are not enrolled in the program can still join at any time to make equal monthly payments toward their annual property taxes, the city said.  

The city said several payment options are available, including online credit card payments, in-person payments at city hall, banking services, mail and the secure drop box at city hall. Credit card payments are subject to a three per cent processing fee.  

Anyone who has questions about their tax notice or outstanding tax arrears is asked to contact the city’s tax clerk at 306-445-1700 or by email at taxes@cityofnb.ca.
