QUÉBEC — Tributes to departing Quebec Premier François Legault started coming in from across the country on Wednesday shortly after the co-founder of the Coalition Avenir Québec party said he would leave office when his replacement is chosen. Premier since 2018, Legault told a news conference in Quebec City he recognized Quebecers wanted change.
