The Battlefords clean up

Road crews are continuing to clear roads following this weekend’s storm which brought upwards of 40 cm of snow to the Battlefords area.
As the roadwork gets underway this morning, the city asks that people not park on the roadways on their “scheduled no-parking days.”
As the crews work on the roads, morning swimming lessons at the Battlefords Co-op Aquatic Centre have been cancelled but afternoon lessons are still on, and both the aquatic centre and the NationsWEST Field House will be open with limited staff.
Meanwhile, arenas will be open this afternoon and evening.
