Break-in suspect driving stolen truck

Glaslyn RCMP are looking for suspects from multiple break and enters that occurred Thursday.

A 2008 Black GMC Sierra was stolen from a residence in Medstead early in the morning. The vehicle then travelled to Glaslyn, where fuel was stolen from a local business and the suspect(s) then proceeded to try breaking into a rural residence south of the village. According to the RCMP, when the suspects learned there were people in the residence they fled south on Highway 4.

Members were able to locate the vehicle in the North Battleford area but suspects fled and were unable to be stopped. Images of a suspect and the vehicle have been released.

Police continue to investigate this occurrence and are seeking the public’s assistance. If you do locate the vehicle, do not approach and instead contact your local detachment via 310-RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
