North Battleford teens missing again

Jun 9, 2021 | 1:29 PM

Battlefords RCMP is again asking the public for assistance in locating two teenagers from North Battleford, who are missing for the second time in less than a month.

Skyler Tinker and Aliya Natomagan, both 13 years old, were reported missing late in May along with two other teens from the same home in North Battleford. The pair have been involved in several other incidents of going missing in recent months, but prior to a few weeks ago, were never gone long enough to be reported as missing. Sgt. Neil Tremblay said they were found in Saskatoon, but both Tinker and Natomagan were then reported missing again shortly afterward.

“Because the time between being found and missing again was quite quick, we never notified the media because we are still, in fact, looking for them,” he said.

Tremblay said it’s important that the public keep an eye out for the teens, given their age.

“We want to find them and make sure they’re safe as quickly as possible,” he said.

Anyone who has information on the whereabouts of Tinker and Natomagan can contact the Battlefords RCMP Detachment, 310-RCMP, or Crime Stoppers.

Battlefords RCMP had three other missing person cases this past week, all of which have been resolved. Josie Diamond, 21, was reported missing on June 6 and found Wednesday afternoon. This article has been updated since she was found.
