Charges laid in fatal collision south of Battleford

The driver of a truck who ran a stop sign and killed a 28-year-old woman in a collision south of Battleford has been charged.

Amber Rosette, 27, has been charged with operation and dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing death, as well as operation while impaired causing death and bodily harm.

Rosette was remanded into custody and will be appearing in provincial court this morning at 9:30 a.m.
