Duelling views between Trudeau, Trump on environment, climate change

OTTAWA — Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and U.S. president-elect Donald Trump are mostly in opposite corners when it comes to energy and environment issues, as some of their public remarks in recent months and years make clear.
