UPDATE: Man wanted for murder in North Battleford arrested

UPDATE: On May 3, RCMP reported that Tyson Cummer was arrested at a residence in Cut Knife following joint investigative and tactical efforts by Saskatchewan RCMP’s Homicide Investigation Unit, Crime Reduction Team and Cut Knife Detachment. Tyson was wanted in relation to an April 28 murder in North Battleford. The 21-year-old was remanded and will appear in North Battleford Provincial Court on May 4.

An investigation by Saskatchewan RCMP’s Homicide Investigation Unit has resulted in a man being charged in relation to the death of 36-year-old Tyson Mosquito.
21-year-old Tyson Cummer from North Battleford is charged with one count of second-degree murder, Section 235(1), Criminal Code (Information #90468311).
