Fourth annual fall festival and car show coming to N.B. this weekend
North Battleford’s fall festival is heading into its fourth year this weekend and will turn downtown into a market and car show.
“It’s a free community event, it’s sort of our kickoff to fall and the winding down of our events that we do throughout the summer downtown,” Downtown North Battleford executive director Lisa Kissick said.
The festival is Saturday, Sept. 17 on 101st St. The market will have local vendors selling homemade items and organizations offering information. The car show welcomes anybody from North Battleford and the surrounding communities to bring their cars, new or vintage, to show off.
Kissick said aside from the market and car show, there will be music, activities for kids and lots of pumpkins to give away. There will also be a free lunch starting at 11:30 a.m.
