129th annual Northwest Territorial Days ready to get underway

Aug 15, 2016 | 10:00 AM

It’s parade time once again in the Battlefords.

The annual Territorial Days Parade will move through the streets of North Battleford tonight, Aug. 15 beginning at 7 p.m. It sets off Northwest Territorial Days, one of the longest running exhibitions in the province.

Battlefords Ag Society general manager Jocelyn Ritchie said the parade is always a great event for everybody who attends.

“We’ve always had about 4,000 to 5,000 people that actually come and watch it so we’re very fortunate,” she said.
