Former Rider Justin Cox charged with assault

Former Saskatchewan Roughrider Justin Cox is back in court this week.
Cox has been charged with assault causing bodily harm and assault with a weapon.
This isn’t the first time he’s been in court on assault charges. In May, Cox was acquitted of assault after it was ruled there wasn’t enough evidence to support a domestic violence accusation.
Neither the Riders nor the CFL welcomed him back.
Cox will appear in court in Regina on Thursday.
