North Stars aim to send Ice Wolves home hungry

The Battlefords North Stars are coming off a big 4-0 win over the La Ronge Ice Wolves that saw goaltender Joel Grzybowski collect his first shutout of the season, and get the team back into the win column.

New Saskatchewan Hospital shines in Thursday's tour

The media attended the brand new Saskatchewan Hospital North Battleford for a tour of the sparkling new facility.

Vikki Smart, executive director for primary health care northwest, said prior to construction, patients provided their input on their requests.

J.P. II Junior Girls take gold; hope for continued success

The John Paul II Junior Girls’ volleyball team captured their second tournament title of the season last weekend, winning five of six total sets to finish first in their pool.
