Weston beginning freshmen year in Wisconsin

This fall, Brock Weston will get up in time for 7:15 a.m. practices every day.

He’ll work out every night, whether it’s a typical gym workout, a plyometrics workout, or yoga.

In between, he’ll attend classes – a full course load that includes five classes and two labs a week.

Crusaders get set for Kobras

The John Paul II Crusaders are coming off a 36-12 season opening win last Thursday, and they are now getting set to face off against the Kindersley Kobras on the road on Tuesday afternoon.

With only five days off between the two games, the team had a short of week of practice.

North Stars wrap up pre-season with dominant win

The score may have been lopsided, the shot totals may have been miles apart, and the penalty calls may have been almost solely against one side, but one thing was clear on Saturday night: the North Stars and Klippers rivalry is back.
