Wilhelm was born January 1st, 1960 at Karaganda, Russia. He is predeceased by his parents Albert and Christine Schulz. Wilhelm was the oldest of six children. The family moved throughout Russia a few times until they finally moved to Bonn, Germany in 1973. Wilhelm met his wife Lydia in 1979 and they married on February 12th, 1982. They built their first home in Dom-esch, Germany. Wilhelm and Lydia had three sons, Arnold, Harald and Martin. In 2009, Wilhelm, Lydia and their two eldest sons immigrated to rural Saskatchewan, Canada. Wilhelm enjoyed living in the country where he built his home. He loved nature and wildlife and enjoyed fishing and hunting trips to Russell Lake, where the family built a shared cabin. Wilhelm worked part-time with the City of North Battleford for seven years. During his off time, he enjoyed working on his acreage with his pigeons, chickens, pigs and pets. He liked to plant fruit trees and flowers, was the family historian and loved collecting collectables. Wilhelm is survived by his wife Lydia and sons Arnold, Harald (Madison) and Martin (Andrea), his three brothers, two sisters and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral Service for Wilhelm will be held 12:30 pm, Wednesday, October 24th, 2018 in the chapel of Sallows & McDonald – Wilson & Zehner Funeral Chapel (1271,103rd Street, North Battleford, SK.).
