Mr. Ralph Barker passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 17, 2018 at the Battlefords Union Hospital at the age of 81 years. There will be a public visitation held on Sunday, February 18, 2018 between the hours of 1 pm – 5 pm at Eternal Memories Funeral Service & Crematorium.
