It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Philip Gopher, of Saulteaux First Nation, on Thursday, September 1st, 2016 at the age of 66 years. A traditional wake will be held Friday September 2nd and Saturday September 3rd from the Saulteaux Communiplex. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, September 4th, 2016 at 11:00 am from the Saulteaux Communiplex with Band Elders officiating. Interment will follow at the Saulteaux Cemetery.
