Amy Patricia (Patsy) Dougan formerly of Chitek Lake, Sk. Passed away peacefully at Evergreen Health Center, Leoville, Sk. On August 6,2026 at the age of 94.

Patsy was born in Saskatoon, attended early grade school there until moving to Wood Hill with her family. They then moved to Chitek Lake. Patsy went to school in Chitek until grade 8 before leaving to help raise her younger siblings.

In 1949, Patsy married William (Buck) Dougan. They were married for 61years, together raised 3 children.

Patsy was a homemaker but also worked various small jobs around town. She loved to watch rodeo & game shows, loved to bake and made the best bread. She was a seasoned bingo player, loved casino outings and VLT’s. Some of her best times were spent travelling with her nieces, camping with family and playing cards. Patsy was well known for her sense of humor, quick wit and hospitality.

She will be remembered by her 3 children, Charles (Beverly), Craig (Sharon) & Laurie Murfin. Her grandchildren, Cory (Chasity) Dougan, Stacey (Darcey) Patoine, Randy (Nicole) Dougan, Jordan (Shayla) Dougan, Tyler (Kaeli) Dougan, Jason (Sharleen) Murfin, Ashley (Tyler) Murfin. Her Great Grandchildren, Arianna (Ethan), Bohdi (Makayla), Tobin, Kali (Chase), Harley, Nixon, Hanna (Jack), Ava, Karter, Jax, Ainsley, Emery, Kash, John and Mathew. And her Sister-in-law, Sheila LaFleur

Patsy was predeceased by her husband William (Buck) Dougan, infant son Cory, son in law Bill Murfin, her parents and siblings of the Vandale family.

Funeral Service was held at Chitek Lake Community Hall, Saturday August 15^th 2026 at 2pm
