Helen Starchief, resident of Mosquito First Nation passed away Tuesday, August 1, 2023 at the age of 70 years. Wake service will be held Thursday, August 3, 2023 ~ 5:00 p.m. and Funeral Service will be held Saturday, August 5, 2023 ~ 11:00 a.m. both services taking place from the Mosquito Band Hall.
