It is with heavy hearts the family of Mrs. Vera Payne announce her passing with family by her side on Friday, July 7, 2023, at the age of 96 years.  A Celebration of Life Service will take place on Wednesday, August 2, 2023, at 1:00 p.m.at the Western Development Museum – Heritage Hall with Reverend Janice Trost officiating.  Interment will follow at the North Battleford City Cemetery.
