It is with a heavy heart and deep love that we announce the passing of our wife, mother and Baba, Minnie “Barb” Landrie, on March 8th, 2026, at Battleford Union Hospital. Barb was surrounded by her family as she went to a peaceful rest following her battle with pancreatic cancer. Barb was survived by the love of her life, Richard. Their love story spanned over 50 years together, travelling, raising their children, loving all their grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and holding a special spot for their pups, Mimi, Ginger and Boo.

Barb was born June 2nd, 1956, in the Hafford area. She was born to Nick and Minnie Tomman. She met Richard and married on April 5th, 1975. Baba had a rewarding career with the Saskatchewan Highways Department. Barbara and Richard spent their golden years travelling in their RV wherever the wind would take them. One of their greatest accomplishments and true loves of their lives was the time spent welcoming great-grandchildren into the world and spoiling them endlessly.

Barb was predeceased by her mother, father, their first little pup Chip and numerous family and friends. Baba will be remembered by her loving and devoted husband Richard, their children Connie (Lionel), Bill (Cindy), and Nick (Sabrina), their grandchildren Niomie, Jared (Lisa), Daniel, Jessica (Daryl), Erica, Isaiah (Grace), Dalton (Daniella), Elena (Curt), Lucas (Ashley), and Kale (Cierra), great-grandchildren Alexis, Korbin, Emily, Harper, Isaac, Jacob, Blake, Carter, Finley, Poppy and Leroy and her siblings Irene (Van), Josie, Victoria (Joe), Peter (Marla), Richard(Ted), and Jon along with countless cousins, nieces, nephews, family and friends. Baba will be remembered as the strongest, most loving person, who was always loyal and would help anyone who needed anything.

Baba was the cornerstone of our family, staying true to her wishes a celebration of life will be held at a later date. This celebration will be a time for her great-grandchildren to run wild, and all others to honour her memory. Celebration of Life service will be held May 30, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. held at the Eling Kramer Campground Picnic Shelter.  Burgers and come and go to share memories and stories.
