In Loving Memory of Linda Arlene Peterson.

Linda, a cherished mother, devoted wife, and beloved member of the community, peacefully passed away surrounded by family on February 22, 2026 at the age of 79. Born on October 16, 1946, she lived a life full of love and hard work on the family farm, where she had deep-rooted connections with everyone around her.

She was married to Orville Peterson. Their adoration and deep love for each other is a beautiful testament to their lifelong partnership, filled with laughter, support, and cherished memories. Together they raised two wonderful children, Shawn Peterson (Pamela), (Blayne and Tykeme), Kerrie Fedunyk (Michael), (Hayden, Quinn, and Kacey) who were the pride and joy of her life. In addition she cherished her many family members and friends. Linda was a source of strength and wisdom, putting her family first and nurturing them with love.

Predeceased by her parents, Ester and Otto Gessner, her brother, Lyle Gessner, and sister Shirley Anderson. She is survived by her sister Glenda Highet (Lloyd). She leaves behind a legacy of warmth and compassion, cherished by her family and all who knew her. She will be missed dearly by friends and neighbors, as she made everyone feel welcome and loved.

A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.

Linda will forever be remembered for her unwavering love, fierce dedication, and the countless lives she touched.
