Linda Passed away peacefully on December 31, 2025 at Battlefords Union Hospital at 8 P.M. with her husband, David and children: Shawn (Becky), Kari and Tania by her side.

Linda is survived by her husband of 58 years, David; her 3 children: Shawn (Becky), Kari (Curtis) and Tania; her grandchildren: Chase, Kelsie (John), Courtney (Justin), Caitlyn (Ryan), Paige and Nate; great grandchildren: Autumn and Harley; sisters: Dorothy (John), Lorraine (Tim) and Doreen (Clint) and numerous nieces and nephews.

Linda was predeceased by her parents: Adam and Elizabeth Wandler; father and mother-in-law: Elmer and Mary Fouhy; sisters: Rose and Josie and brother-in-law, Dave (Rose).

Linda was born in the hospital in Wilkie, Saskatchewan. She grew up on the farm at Cando, Saskatchewan and went to Norwich School across the road from the farm and High School in North Battleford. On July 8, 1967 Linda married David and moved to the farm in Spinney Hill where she started to raise her family, she loved gardening and her flowers. She spent many hours in her yard tending to her flowers and even had people come ask for a tour and many did! She was also a talented seamstress, crafter and decorator, she even spent hours at the sewing machine! She loved having big family meals, spending time with the grandkids, and hosting Easter with her sisters and their families every year, as it was a family tradition, as well as calving time! In later years she had some health issues so David had to help her more around the house. Even thought she enjoyed her solitude the door was always open for anyone who came for a visit.

The Family would like to thank the staff at RUH, BUH and Carecia Health for the outstanding care. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Kinsmen Foundation, 2217C Hanselman Ct, Saskatoon, SK S7L 6A8.

There will be a private family service January 8, 2026 and a celebration of Linda’s life this summer to be announced.
