It is with a heavy heart and deep sadness, the family of Dennis Martell announce his passing in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan on February 6, 2026 at the age of 68 years.

Left to mourn his loss and cherish all that he was is his beloved family; children, daughters: Larissa Gamble, Summerdawn Sanderson, Chelsea Gamble and their families as well as his son, Michael Donovan; his siblings, brothers: Leonard Martell, David Martell, Ernie Martell, and Marcell Martell; his sisters: Eva Pritchett, Eileen Sauvie, Dora (Art) Gill, Verna Davidson, and Marlene (Evel) Stone and numerous nieces and nephews. Dennis leaves behind a special friend, Dawna Gamble. He was a beloved father, brother, uncle and treasured friend.

Dennis was predeceased by his parents: William and Antoinette; his brother, Douglas; sister, Leona Lapratt; sisters-in-law: Mary Thiesen and Rita Martell, brothers-in-law: Joe Lapratt, Edwin Pritchett, Colin Davidson and nephew, Dwayne.

Funeral Services for William (Dennis) will take place on February 25, 2026 at the Garden Chapel 1332 100 Street in North Battleford, Saskatchewan at 1:00 PM with Dennis being laid to rest in the City Cemetery following this service.
