It is with great sorrow and sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved father, husband, grandfather and friend on Mar 22, 2025 after a very difficult battle with various health issues following a routine surgery.
Raymond was 76 years old and leaves behind many loved ones to cherish his memory: Daughters Raelene (Ian) Boulanger; Jodie (Ken) Azevedo and their children Blaire, Jay, and Cole; Son Ryan (Jordi) Koshykowski and their children Jayla and Melanie; Sister Beverley (Gerry) Fugleberg and their children Shaun (Raymond’s Godchild), Todd, Jason; Sister in law Pat (Hank) Kaartinen and her child Kaitlin; and many additional family and friends.
Raymond was predeceased by his wife, Leeanne; parents: Mike and Mae Koshykowski; his sisters: Madeline Koshykowski; Marie Duckering; brother-in-law, Al Laberge (survived by his wife, Louise and their children: Todd, Tammy and Penny).
Raymond was born in North Battleford and had a full life that started with country grade school and graduation at Mayfair High School. He then acquired his Lab Xray Technician Certificate and began a career in Radiology.
He took this career in an industrial route while continuing to look after the family farm. Raymond was a very generous person with a kind soul, always wanting to help others from family members to perfect strangers. He always made sure everyone around him was taken care of. His children will know with certainty that he is now in heaven with our mother watching over us and continuing to take care of us in every way possible.
Mass and Burial will be held on April 25, 2025 at 2 PM at St. Joseph Calasanctius Roman Catholic Church, North Battleford Saskatchewan with Father Tai Le as celebrant. Interment followed in North Battleford Cemetery. Prayers will also be held at St Joseph on April 24th at 7pm.
Condolences for the family can be made at www.eternalmemoriesfuneral.ca Funeral arrangements entrusted to Eternal Memories Funeral Services and Crematorium – Trevor Watts Funeral Director.
