It is with heavy hearts the family announces the passing of Mr. George Trefry on January 4, 2025 at the age or 70 years.

George is survived by his wife, Shelly Ann Elizabeth Robicheau Trefry; only son, Joshua Frederick Trefry his wife Tijana; grandchildren, Aiden, Cici and Nash; brother Leroy Trefry of Nova Scotia and sister Jane Trefry of B.C.; along with many nieces and nephews.  He is predeceased by his parents: Vernon and Phyllis Trefry and brother, Neil Trefry.

George was a carpenter and contractor all of his life.  His hobbies were darts, playing in the band, Borderline for 15 years.  He lived for his garden every year.  He would spend hours to make sure not one weed was showing.  He often said if you can find a weed will give you 50 bucks.  He died peacefully with his family at his bedside.
