It is with sadness the family of Alvin Cook announce his passing on Tuesday, October 26, 2021 at the age of 78 years.

Vigil of Prayer will take place on Friday, October 29, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. and the Funeral Mass will take place on Saturday, October 30, 2021 at 1:00 p.m., both at Notre Dame de Lourdes Roman Catholic Church, 1201 105 St, North Battleford, SK S9A 1S8.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the: Saskatoon Cancer Patient Lodge, 506, 625 25th Street, Saskatoon, SK S7K – 8J1. Donations are used to purchase equipment/supplies that add to patient comfort. The Cancer Foundation of Saskatchewan will issue a tax receipt for any donations over $20.”
