It is with heavy hearts the family announces the passing of Miss. Summer Rain Nicotine on Saturday, December 17, 2022, at the age of 27 years.  A Wake will be held Friday, December 23, 2022, and Funeral Service will be held Saturday, December 24, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. both held at the Sweetgrass Community Centre with Band elders officiating.  Interment will follow at the Sweetgrass Cemetery.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughters: Aneeka, Theresa, Ettie, Memphis; step-son, Treyson; her children’s father, Eddie Standinghorn; mother, Connie Leray (Colton); brother, Dalton; sister, Sky; nephew, Cale; nieces: Shakira, Muriel; grandmother, Marion Meldrum; her in-laws: Ed & Nikki Standinghorn, Cheryl-Ann, Anton, Rae (Gary); uncles: Benjamin, Paul, Melvin; aunts: Janice and Irene; numerous cousins.

She is predeceased by her father, Gary Nicotine; her niece, Aliyah; aunt, Melvina; and her grandparents.
