Merna Lori Semaganis sadly passed away on Monday, November 16th in Regina, SK at the age of 52 years.

Left to cherish Merna’s memory are her common-law husband Ronnie Durocher; sons Fred Stone (Nola), Jeremy Stone (Kirsten), and Brighton Semaganis; her sisters Elizabeth Wright, Maureen (Francis) Jimmy, Connie Semaganis, and Susan Semaganis; her brother Russell Semaganis; auntie Theresa Sapp; her numerous grandchildren, cousins, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

She was predeceased by her parents Agnes and Wilfred Semaganis; son Brandon Stone; grandsons Baby Stone and Baby Frank; siblings Velmar Semaganis, Brian John Semaganis, and Elaine Semaganis; nieces Courtney Semaganis, and Nicole Checkosis; numerous uncles, aunties, and relatives.

Funeral services were held on Thursday, November 18th from the Veteran’s Hall in Poundmaker Cree Nation with interment following at the Poundmaker Cemetery.
