Shryko, Mathilda (Tillie)

With a heavy heart and deep sadness, the family of Tillie Shryko announce her passing in North Battleford, SK on June 24, 2025 at the age of 93 years.

Mathilda (Tillie) is lovingly remembered by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren: Shirley Hoggard – Lisa (Logan) Taylor and sons, Owen and Emmett; Michelle Hoggard (Steven) and daughter, Isabelle and son, Tucker; Jim & Sherri Shryko – Lyndon Shryko(Samantha) – Emma; Lyndsey Shryko (Kale) – Ellie; Marlene & Denis Gregoire – Sheldon (Sherri) Gregoire, daughter Sylvie; Brandon (Danyelle) Gregoire and son, Louis.

Tillie was also considered their gramma by; Blair (Janel) Gregoire, Lexi and Logan; Krysta Gregoire and children Khloe & Keira. Tillie will also be fondly remembered by Godfrey’s daughter Amber (Gordon) Truelove and child Nicholas.

Tillie was predeceased by her parents, Paul and Annie Oborowsky; her husband, Alex Shryko; her partner, Godfrey Maskal; her brother, Adam; and numerous brothers in law and sisters in law.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on July 2, 2025 at St. Vitals Catholic Church in Battleford, SK at 1:00 PM with Father Mahn Nguyen presiding and burial will take place following the luncheon, at the Battleford Cemetery, Battleford, SK.

The family suggests, that if desired, a donation can be made to the River Heights Lodge 2001 99 Street, North Battleford, SK S9A 3K4 for recreational equipment.
