MARY KENDERDINE

May 19, 1936 – June 3, 2025

 

It is with sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved mother, step-mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great-great grandmother, aunt, cousin, sister, and beloved spouse of Scotty Gardiner.

 

She is predeceased by the love of her life, her spouse Scotty Gardiner, her mother Agnes (Smith-Stevenson) Howson, her father William Fredrick Howson, her sister Agnes Lesyk, three brothers Bill (Mary Mason), Dave and Jim and her son Bruce Gardiner (Karen Schindelhauer)

 

She is survived by her children Lana Kenderdine, Wanda (Wally) McCowan, Tanya (Jack) Wur, Rosalyn Kenney, Gwen Kenderdine (John Navratil). Lauren (Pat) Hnidy as well as Ian (Samira) Gardiner,  Andrea Gardiner, Colin Gardiner (Rene Welch). She is also survived by her grandchildren Max Gardiner, Crystal Kenney (Merlin Giertz), Dianna (Kent) Robert, Jason (Deserae) Wur, Kevin Wur, Austin (Emily) Wur, Justin Alexander, Aulora Alexander, Brandon Alexander, Kalandra Alexander as well as her great grandchildren, Alexandria Kenney (Austin Irvine), Bill Ford, Clifton Gietz, Dedanna Alexander, Zeke Alexander, Neeva Alexander, Olivia Kenderdine, Talia Robert, Emeric Wur, Oliver Wur, Grady Wur, Bowen Wur, Denver Wur and great-great grandchildren Weston Irvine and Colton Irvine as well as many dear relatives, friends and acquaintances.

 

The funeral services will be held June 24, 2025 at Saskatoon Funeral Home 338 4th Avenue North Saskatoon, Saskatchewan S7K 2C7 at 10:30 AM. Her ashes will be returned home to Victoria for a Ceremonial Scattering of Ashes in September, 2025.
