Lillian “Lily” Vera Walker was born June 14, 1935, at Junor, SK and passed away January 10, 2025 in North Battleford, SK at the age of 89 years.

Lily is lovingly remembered by her children and grandchildren: Cindy Walker of Medstead, SK, Allen (Cora) Walker of Medstead, SK and their children Lance, Kattlin, and Jayla, Wanda Walker of North Battleford, SK and her son Silas also numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

She was predeceased by her husband: Ken Walker, her parents: Fred and Tena Orange, her brothers: Mike, Pete, Henry, Walter, John, and Bill Orange, her sisters: Nettie Orange-Solanik and Anne Orange-Harris.

A Memorial Service and Celebration of Life was held Friday, January 17, 2025, 2:00 pm at the Medstead Community Hall, Medstead, SK with Reverend Trevor Malyon officiating.  The eulogy was given by Les Walker, and music was provided by Jayla Walker.  Honorary pallbearers were considered “Everyone who shared in Lily’s life” the urn bearers were Lily’s Grandchildren.

Interment will take place at a later date.

Memorial donations may be made to the Rose Gill Lodge, Rabbit Lake, SK in Lily’s memory.
