Eldon LaVallee
Posted Jul 12, 2018 | 8:24 PM
Eldon Joseph LaVallee was born March 23rd, 1951 to Frank and Lena LaVallee in Meadow Lake, SK. On July 11th, 2018 he “Saw the Light” and went in peace to a place where he will reunite with loved ones and say “Hey Good Lookin”, “Move It on Over.”
Eldon loved watching Storage Wars, eating seafood and listening to Hank Williams Sr. (not necessarily in that order).
In his early years, Eldon liked to party and have fun, not “Half as Much” as he liked to tell stories though. He had a great sense of humour. Some would say “You’re Gonna Change” and his reply was “Mind Your Own Business.” Although he did have “Lovesick Blues” once, he never married. Eldon enjoyed spending time with family and friends and was easy to be around. He will be remembered for his generosity and kind heart. The family would like to express their heartfelt thanks to everyone who visited him in the hospital and his co-workers at Unicon Pipeline Ltd. as well as Dr. Campbell and the staff at BUH for his care.
“I’m So Lonesome” “There’s A Tear In My Beer” “I Can’t Help It” Rest in peace Eldon
The words in quotations represent songs by Hank Williams Sr. At Eldon’s request there will not be a funeral.
Condolences may be made to the family at www.SallowsandMcDonald.com. Sallows & McDonald- Wilson & Zehner Funeral Home in care of arrangements. 306-445-2418.
